The Daycroft Foundation

Online Learning

The Daycroft Online Learning Community is an international program that provides education solutions for English-speaking Christian Science families in traditional schools and for those who homeschool. Our mission is to support individual growth and learning for students in Kindergarten through high school in a manner that is consistent with the teachings of Christian Science.

We offer a comprehensive, content-rich curriculum with a choice of over 200 courses for families who homeschool.

For students enrolled in traditional schools, we offer:

  • Math and reading remediation for grades 3-5
  • Summer school for grades K-5
  • Credit recovery for grades 6-12
  • AP courses and SAT Prep for high school students
  • Electives that may not be offered in school

The Daycroft OLC homeschooling program includes:

  • The support and guidance of an experienced, credentialed education specialist who is a class-taught Christian Scientist.
  • Character education for grades K-5.
  • Current events and critical thinking seminars that bring our middle school students together online.
  • Online high school seminars that focus on critical thinking, ethical reasoning and leadership.
  • Online seminars to help parents become more effective in their role as learning coach.

Families supply a computer with a high-speed Internet connection and the Daycroft OLC provides the courses, materials and support for the parent-educator to provide a high-quality, flexible education for their children at home.

We have access to hundreds of courses for grades K-12 from these award winning, accredited course providers:
